Reflecting on 2024: Embracing Your Path for 2025

Hey friends,

As we prepare to close out 2024, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the importance of finding your own lane and staying in it. So often, we get stuck when it comes to pursuing our vision because we’re distracted by everything others are doing, making it harder to stay focused on what we set out to achieve.

I don’t know if that’s happened to you, but I’ve definitely experienced it. I’ve felt overwhelmed by my own talents and struggled to take action. It was hard to deliver on anything because I became unsure of how to move forward. Seeing others with similar skills writing or coaching in different ways made me question myself: “Is that the trend?” “Should I be doing that too?”

Have you ever been there? No? Just me? Well, so be it.

With 2025 merely hours away, if you’ve felt this way, I hope you decide not only what you want to do but also how you want to do it—and commit to it. I hope you focus solely on your craft, not on how others are presenting theirs. I want you to know that in a world full of talented people, there’s still space for you. In 2025, I hope you learn to take up space.

Your craft is just as important as anyone else’s. There’s room for what you have to offer—you only need to bring it forward.

As you step into 2025, show up for yourself and as yourself. Embrace your unique gifts, perspectives, and passions, knowing that no one else can bring what you do in the way only you can. The world is waiting for your magic, and it’s time to take up space unapologetically. Let this be the year you boldly follow your path, trust your journey, and remind yourself daily that you belong.
