Refund Policy
The Light Way Coaching & Consulting, will only issue refunds on purchased items from our shop that have not been used and were damaged in the process of shipping. Customer must provide proof of said damage in a written email to Thelightway@helenhargrove.com to start the refund process.
The Light Way Coaching & Consulting will not issue refunds for coaching services. The only time a refund will be issued is if the client cancels the schedule appointment 24 hours in advance by email Thelightway@helenhargrove.com
